| 1914.06 | Masashi Nakata established Japan’s first company to build machinery for the rubber manufacturing industry. |

| 1949.09 | After achieving a reputation for excellent products based on a time-honored tradition of craftsmanship, making Nakata a supplier for nearly all domestic rubber companies, the company began exporting overseas, to India, Pakistan, Southeast Asia, East Africa, Australia and New Zealand. For its role in advancing Japan’s production machinery exports, Nakata received an award from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry in recognition of our efforts. |
